Started off with an application which consisted of how you met the criteria of the role. I was then invited to an interview with three panel members each had their own questions. The questions were then followed by an excel assessment task.

The interview process was really good. At the time of interview I was given a double-sided a4 sheet of information that I had 10 minutes to learn. I then had to train my interview panel on the subject. It was an excellent opportunity to show how I interact with people in a training situation and not only an interview situation.
