Sent in my application form and got a zoom interview a month or so later. The interview was around 20 minutes. Asked simple questions about my experience, how this role will benefit me, my views on equality and diversity.

Was simple asked questions about my interests and character was too far away to volunteer was given a booklet to look at careers in the NHS so interview was good and the interviewer was a nice woman
lists of questions, who you are what you study and what brings you into the field of medicine/caretaking. 1 on 1 - must complete safety fire hazards, background check and proof of residence.
