Relatively quick from on line application to interview; perhaps three weeks. A panel of three interviewed me including someone from HR. It was quite hard as they were asking me about things which I had no experience of; supervision, KPIs. There were also Excel and grammar tests afterwards.

Panel of 2, quite intimidating. At times it felt like they don't want external candidates. Asked questions which were not required for the role. Overall interview was easy but the panel tried their best to put me off.
