I was invited to the hospital for an interview after submitting an application online (CV, cover letter and a couple of follow up questions). The interview felt quite relaxed but still professional, the interviewers made me feel welcome and supported throughout, and the questions were accessible. There was also a typing assessment to complete after the interview to help them select the right candidate, but this was explained well and made a lot of sense next to the interview questions I’d just been asked.
