I interviewed for a position in their R&D department. It was a three stage process with an initial phone screening, and then two interviews with HR and the manager for the position being offered. The process was really straight forward and NHK was very open to answering questions about the company and the position itself. Most of the interviews were behavioral, but a few questions focused on the technical side of the position.
