Came in for hour and half interview, asked some strength based question and motivational questions.
The second part of the interview was a role-play task where you have to provide a service to a customer e.g. complaint or promotion and how you would deal with the customer.

e.g Why NFU, give me a time when you have solved a problem, time management, teamwork, constructive feedback etc.
