Initial HR screening interview and then an interview with the hiring manager. Both went well. I then had additional interviews with other members of the team, which also went well. The hiring manager then suggested we meet for an in person interview. Then all communication ceased. When I followed up, I was told I didn't hold a specific college degree, which was never a requirement for the position.
