Painful but brief. I was told to expect a second interview, which never surfaced. Followed up after the deadline only to be told the talent acquisition person went on vacation and was supposed to schedule the second interview but forgot! So I interviewed again, this time with a Vice President. He was very enthusiastic to bring me on board, but then the talent acquisition folks fumbled the bag again - basic details from my offer letter were missing (like location and salary). I ultimately decided to pass.

Original position applied for was Warehouse Manager. Recruiter contacted me via email about availability. Once I responded I never heard back. I reached out to recruiter again. Scheduled interview for Asst General Manager. Interview panel consisted of 4 people from NFI. Interview questions were all STAR. Team did not seem engaging. After asking about following steps I was told recruiter would reach back out. Now 2 weeks later and I have been ignored. NFI - have the courtesy to contact candidates and advise them if they are no longer under consideration.
