I was emailed by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview, and we agreed on a time. Once that time came, instead of actually holding the interview, I was emailed by the recruiter to schedule it for some time in the next week. The recruiter seemingly ignored the fact that we had already scheduled an interview time - there was no mention of rescheduling - the recruiter simply asked me, again, for my availability. So then we agreed upon another interview time, and this second time around the recruiter neither called nor responded to an email that I sent 10 minutes after the supposed interview time, trying to remind them of this interview that they had scheduled.
