Relatively quick interviewing process. I first conducted a phone screen with a recruiter. After the screen I received another call a few days later wanting to set up a phone interview with the branch manager at the location I applied for. The interview itself was about 30 minutes. The manager basically explained the position and how the company compares to other logistics brokerages in the area. The following day, I received another call from the first recruiter offering me the position. Overall, all involved on their side were always professional during the process and willing to answer any and all questions I had.
