Very very bad experience!. The recruiters contacted me through linkedIn. First, I have called for bilingual round with a technical lead Second, I have calls with both founders regarding the Bilingual proficiency. Last, There was a technical round. After all this I was told that they can offer a intern position for me if I am interested, I told okay as I am willing to do Internship too to get into Japanese field,I was following them for like a month for every week, the HR always tell "you will receive your offer by this week", this went for like a month and later I stopped following them as I was frustrated. I don't know what was the problem for them to say 'No,we don't have any position open'. They spoiled my mental health,made me frustrated, I would suggest don't believe the mouthtalk, whatever they say ask them to send in mail for your proof. People's mental health should be considered and people should be valued.
