Starts with an online application. Then usually a virtual/telephone call, before a sit down interview. The final interview will include a practical and questions, usually lasting an hour. Practical usually involves a floor walk of the store.

Over the phone. Two interviews. If successful invited to a third interview. Interview was over teams. Area manager wasn’t flexible with dates hence why over the phone. Interview was fairly straight forward
