Entretien
I filled in a very basic application form online. Four weeks later I got a call to attend an assessment. When I arrived there was me and one other candidate. No questions were asked of us in regards to experience, we were simply taken through basic health and safety and then led down to the sales floor to have a 15 minute assessment of our customer service skills. Then it was back upstairs where we were both told we had the job.

Entretien
Applied online and received a call a few days later which was the interview. I was asked questions and wasn't too stressful. After that I was told I was successful and went in for an induction the following week. It lasted almost 2 hours, mostly watching health and safety videos and had a tour of the store.

Entretien
I applied online and received a call a month or so later, I was asked a couple of very simple questions, about my experience and customer service. I was offered the temp Christmas job, straight away, on the phone. I was booked into an induction within the next week, where I had to take along right to work docs and details of references. It was a very straight forward process.
