Short 15 minute in person interview in the store with one of the current team members, very casual whilst sat in the home section. Unsure if this has changed since my interview or if this varies store to store
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
