Entretien
The interview was 2 stages. Had a telephone interview with the HR manager and face 2 face interview with the hiring managers in Leicester. The HR was amazing, knows exactly was she was doing and very straightforward.

Question 1
My experience, skills and academic qualification were explored. They were nice , asked questions on what I did in my last role and I answered with examples. It lasted for 1hr 15min.
I didn't get the job anyway. The feedback was that they feel I did well in answering the questions with examples, my experience and skill was good but they needed someone that is more experience and they believe I had a good understand of what the role requires. Well, the feedback doesn't make much sense to me as I believe they just wanted to use me as statistical purposes.

Phone in , technical round and HR normal usual questions, An excel task, forces to do an in office interview. Although the decision makers were not clear about their requirements.

Entretien
Two stages interview, rigorous but the interviewers are nice and calm. The process was not as bad as I thought it would be so going through the process was an easy ride for me couple with the fact that I had an insider that gives me a lots of information I need to ace the interview.
