Quick and easy! They showed us round and asked a few questions but nothing too hard or complicated! We went into the store after completing an online application the online bit was more to get an idea about us the going in store was the easy part

Friendly overall with a very relaxed approach. Some questions about the business so be prepared for that. There was also some shop floor role play which involved observation and commentary.
Good process to be fair. Interviewer was nice and I felt very comfortable with everything. 1st stage was good and I was very happy with the outcome and the whole process itself
