It started off with a Phone interview, then face to face interview.Then was Showed around store. Then contacted with job offer afterwards. Overall interview process was straightforward and quick. Took a while for them to get back to me though.

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
Typical customer service questions. Explain a time you helped someone, working as a team, working independently, tell me a little bit about yourself. What are kpis. What is good customer service
