Phone Screening was pretty informal - not the usual process everyone is used to with being able to learn about the position itself and ask necessary questions to know about your day-to-day and who you will be reporting to. Person interviewing me said they would reach out regardless of the outcome and I never heard back on my status in the pipeline.
