Really long process, 2 and half months, several tests really long and time consuming. I did 3 times the same review of my resume over the phone. At the end of the day, after all the selection and after being promoted to each step because my profile was good, at the last one they "realised that my profile was not suited for the job". I call this not respecting and value other's time.
