The interview process was structured in 6 sessions getting the chance to talk with my direct line manager, my peers, HR BP, head of HR, coompany;s shareholder and the CEO. The process lasted 1 month aprox. There are 2 personality tests to be taken before the interview with the HR BP.
The HR BP has accompanied me throughout the entire process, was transparent and provided regular feedback about the progress, was really helpful and supportive.
