Was advised about position via staffing agency. Was administered a typing, math and writing test at the agency. Was informed that I was advancing to interview with employer. Spoke with three individuals - two that were directly associated with position and the third was an individual from another department in the company. Each seemed aware of my resume, asked engaging questions and were talkative.

HR called to schedule a phone screen, completed the phone screen a couple days later, called me in for an in-person interview, then checked my references all within about two weeks.
