Panel interview , worst exp.
They want to hide behind the camera, don't want to open their camera & you hv to talk with black screen.
First of all via recruiter they are not sharing the proper JD.
SPM attitude at the highest, they want people to be master in everything, everything in 5G, ORAN.
They throw random question from here & there, whatever they know or google that.
Once you give the job change reason , they try to show that this is not the reason to change.
Who r they to justify reason for job change.
Did not liked the NEC panel behavior , they showed like that they know everyone in your org , your units & work, then why you are wasting candidates timing if know which team is doing what work?
If you like the candidate & have budget say yes else no.
If I were selected ,I don't join this unit.

Entretien
The interview was suppose to be an interview for Architect for senior role. After first round of impressive interview, asked for Manager interview. Manager interview was OK but there was a lot of confusions for the position. I have passed the round. Then some silly coding interview, passed as well. Then the interview was by business head of Bangalore and another senior person. Interview was good and was very detailed 4 hours solutioning interview. After that no progress... After 12 hours of interview, they don't have professional etiquette to inform candidate about the result or if it is on hold or if it is rejected. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not desirable form big company like NEC associates.
