NEC was hiring through a consultancy. Two rounds: Technical one and Managerial Round. Technical was focussed on practical implementation and managerial was focussed on agile methodology and practices that one follow in the development process

They have 3 rounds of interview 2 round technical 1 round hr .
I must say that it was very bad experience of interview in my whole life.
I don't think its a good company.
After first round they told me to wait for feedback .I was waiting at reception after one hour I went to HR and told that please give me my feedback he again told me to wait But after 4 hours he came and told me to leave for day.If you don't want to hire me then tell me leave immediately.

Totally bad interview experience. First of all, It's very small company. Now please concentrate the story what happened in interview process. HR named Yash called me last evening before the day of interview. He asked me to please come and prepare well. In my interview round there were around 9 people . All were with around 2-3 or 4 year experience except me and 2 other people. I am 5 year other 2 were 6 and 7 year experience. First was technical written with 2 program. We all made 1 of them as other was little difficult. they took the answer sheet and came with the result in hardly 10 minutes. All experience person were failed in the interview. they told them to leave for the day. they considered people less than 4 year of experience. I don't know why they called experience people then. The worst thing is that one of the experienced person was really good in coding and a junier his friend copied the answer from him
That junior was selected and the senior was rejected. The interview process is totally fake. They call senior people for the buffer to fill in case junior don't come for the interview. If they see that enough number of junior came for the interview they out the senior people with out testing the result of written test. I have given 100 of interviews. It was the worst experience.
After going to the interview we can see small office space. rude behavior of technical guy like typical indian lalas. Please don't waste your time-money by going for the interview.
