Campus Recruitment Process -
Round 1 - Online Test having Basic Aptitude, Technical Questions and 3 Coding Questions.
We were given the time slot of 03:00 PM, but the test started around 5:00 PM. A lot of mismanagement was there.
Round 2 - Interviews (L1, L2 and L3) - They have made this type of hierarchy, but believe me, it is extremely frustrating. We were called at 9 AM for Pre Placement Talks followed by Interview Process. There were around 100 students, who cleared Aptitude Test and were eligible for Interviews. The team came at 11 AM. They were around 10-11 team members to interview 100 students.
After the presentation, the interviews started and the mess too.
No management at all. Some interviews lasted 50 minutes, while some lasted for only 15 minutes. Few of the students were asked to go out of Interview Room and write codes. They used internet and were eventually selected too.
Few students had their L1 and L2 interviews by 2 PM, where most of us had to wait till 7PM for the L1 interview. In the evening, they were flatly rejecting the candidates.
10 members could not interview 100 candidates in time. What else do you expect from them?
Interviews were disappointment. After waiting for 10 hours, when I went to interviews, he asked what is your favorite language, I told him C and SQL. Not even a single question was asked from C. They kept on asking only Java and Associated Technologies. No wonder, I was rejected.
Those who were left with L2 and L3 Interviews had to go to a different college for Interviews as they could not complete the process on time till 8PM that day.

Hiring process was smooth.There was 4 round .2 technical one managerial and 1 HR. All these rounds were held one by one.first mcq test of both aptitude and technical.

Basic loops concept and data structure and algorithm.
Initially there was Written and then 2 technical interview rounds, one with an engineer and another one with the manager . Finally there was an HR round. It was a 2 day process.

Entretien
I applied through my college. An online test was conducted in our college on firstnaukri.com platform. It consisted of three sets. One was of aptitude questions(easy to medium level), one was of technical questions(MCQs on Java, C, C++, C#) and the last one was coding round which consisted of three questions( 1: print prime numbers between 1 to n, 2: Print coordinates of saddle points in a 2d array, 3: It was a dynamic programming question, I don't remember it). Time allotted for MCQs was 1 hour and for coding 50 minutes. Then after 2 weeks around shortlisted candidates were informed about the date of interview. The interview was supposed to be at Noida office of NEC Technologies. There, interviewers were very cooperative and friendly. Technical interview was carried out more than 1 hour and after that, there was an HR round. Some candidates were supposed to give 2 technical interviews(If the employer was not satisfied with their result in 1st technical interview round).
