Consist of 3 stages: interview with recruiter, tech interview with team member, both tech and behavioral interiew with CEO. The whole process was in one day and takes about 3 hours. Recruiter interview includes introduction about company, English level check and behavioral questions. Tech interview was good, I had a nice conversation with one of the company's senior developers. Questions were about .net platform itself, c#, and different frameworks like Entity and ASP.NET.
