J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez NCR Corporation (Columbus, GA) en avr. 2013
Entretien
Applied online. Was contacted to schedule a phone interview through the company's scheduling website.
Spoke to an outsourced recruiter/ screener a week or so later. The questions were the same as those that appeared on the screening page of the application. They're just verbally trying to reverify your answers. The questions are like How many years experience do you have doing X? What type of software have you used? How many years do you have with software X? Salary expectations and so on.
A few weeks later received a call from the screener/ recruiter to schedule a time to speak with the HM via phone. We scheduled a time for a few days later.
The hiring manager seemed via dry and disinterested from the word "hello". Was only asked to walk through my resume. Then was asked if I had any questions. The HM seemed bothered by me asking questions.... smh
Although the screeners/ schedulers always act as if time is of the essence, the role has been advertised for several months so there doesn't appear to be any sense of urgency in getting the role filled.
