At the very first point I expressed my expectations and informed about my current compensation and requested them that only if you are offering something between this figure I can come down for the interview. They assured me that they have this budget and hence I agreed for the interview. Total 3 rounds were conducted and after each round I had confirmed about the salary part from them, for which they assured me. After all the rounds were done they informed me that I have been selected but did not have any sort of salary discussion and kept me waiting for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they came up with a figure that was not even near by to what I was asking. They totally wasted my time even after me confirming it from time to time about the budget of the company. Totally pathetic interviewing experience with NCDex. Definitely would not recommend.
