Firstly I had to contact the recruiter 3 times before they sent me the invite for the interview, which they sent 15 minutes before the interview. Very poor, could tell the interviewers couldn't be bothered with their body language, didn't have a clear set of questions. The interviewers didn't introduce themselves which I found very poor. Was told first the interview was going to be cover competency based questions then end with technical questions. The interview process went from my intro to technical questions no competency based questions. They also scrutinised my experience " WHY OFFER ME AN INTERVIEW IF THIS IS GOING TO BE DONE?". Why tell the candidate that process when this is not true. I have wasted my time preparing for an interview with the process they told me then didn't fulfill that. The principle was extremely rude told me "don't just put words together" when I tried my best to explain what they asked. Was very unprofessional holding their heads in their hands. Definitely worst interview I have ever had clear waste of my time. This experience has deterred me from ever applying for the company ever again. They should do some interviewing training as I could clearly see they lacked in soft skills and how to ease a candidate into the interview.
