The interview process was very straight forward and likely unlike any other interview you might have at other companies. I was contacted by email after having submitted application via email and the interview was scheduled. I met with the lady who contacted me and her supervisor. I was mostly asked questions that acquainted them with my background and was then told more about what the position entailed. I think it went well as I was told I would need to follow up with another supervisor that was not there that day. I haven't gone on to have the follow up as I had some other interviews to come along that i'm waiting to hear back from that I would have to notify them of before going any further in their process. Below to the point of the background check, they will only do that if they are considering hiring you they will not do it prior to the interview. I think they will perform a credit check as well if considered.
