Long and arduous. Applied in October 2015, had to do a video interview answering questions, then in Feb 2016, the next stage was a Microsoft Excel test running on ancient 2007 version (which says you gave a wrong answer as soon as you click anything except the cell you were meant to click). If we got through that, we had to do a written test on Word, a group interview and activity (which was listing which items we'd salvage from a crashed plane based on a list) , sit through several presentations and then do a 'speed dating' styled interview where you have to have 5 minutes with each head of department.

Very smooth and totally transparent the entire time. Everyone was incredible kind and accommodating, always willing to answer questions and provide clarity when needed. Regardless of the outcome, it was a very pleasant process.
