The interview process included submitting your CV and cover letter, then answering video questions before participating in an assessment centre. However, communication to let you know that you had passed an interview stage was slow and no feedback was given after the assessment centre.

3 zoom interviews with behavioral questions. The phone calls were with 2 full-time employees. One manager and one junior analyst. They took turns asking questions. The first two interviews were only from the junior analyst.

Mainly behavioral, was a two step process beginning with a recorded interview and then a panel interview. Both rounds were fairly easy and behavioral. I was in the Sophomore Finance Leadership Summit program, so I interviewed earlier for this role.
