Applied online. HR called and was clueless. Met with a few employees that barely seemed to understand why they were interviewing. Everyone was nice, but you could tell they didn't have their stuff together.

One initial screening call with the recruiter, followed by two rounds of interviews with the hiring manager. I also had five additional calls with individual team members, including a Senior Manager, an Associate, and a Director

What is one thing you would improve about our streaming platform?
The interview process had multiple steps and took about a month. But the entire experience was well organized and progressed smoothly from start to finish. The recruiters were responsive and supportive throughout.

It was a very long interview process and it required me to follow up many times as getting a response back was very difficult. I recommend staying on top of the process yourself to get what you need.
