The initial interview process was fairly quick: A phone call and an e-mail setting up the location and who you would be interviewing with. The actual interview ended up taking about two hours, as you met with four different managers/directors for Commercial Operations. They asked fairly similar questions, but some were more open to discussing your personal life and your interests, while the others primarily stuck with employment questions. Nothing too out of the blue, in terms of questions.
