There are 3 rounds of interviews. Come prepared to impress the VP or leader of the organization you want to work for. Read up on the industry as media and entertainment is going through some severe changes right now. Be familiar with the state of digital vs. linear ad sales, the properties that NBC owns and a general understanding of each business.
