A recruiter reached out to me a week after applying online and invited me to complete a digital assessment where I recorded my responses to various different questions. The questions were pretty easy and straightforward; however, the recruiter that originally contacted me "ghosted" all my emails and never gave feedback or updates on recruiting status from that point forward.
