The interview process felt lengthy and unprofessional. My first interview took place in December, and the second did not occur until nearly two months later. The significant gap between interviews made the process seem disorganized and poorly coordinated.
In both interviews, the interviewer arrived late. During the second interview, the meeting began approximately 20 minutes after the scheduled start time, without acknowledgment or apology. When I later mentioned that the delayed start left me flustered and came across as unprofessional, the interviewer appeared to take offense, which further contributed to an uncomfortable experience.
Additionally, during the second interview, I was interrupted twice while responding to questions. At one point, I was asked to “hold on” so the interviewer could have a separate conversation with someone else in the office. This was distracting and felt disrespectful of my time and preparation.
Overall, the experience came across as unprofessional and poorly managed. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews, and a more organized, timely, and respectful process would better reflect the company’s standards.
