Once you get to Director and above, there are more interviews. The interviews aren't difficult per se. The Recruiter reached out to me on Linked In. She was very professional. It was a thorough interview process with multiple stakeholders that I would be supporting in role. Most interviews had 2 participants from NAVEX which created a nice energy.
