J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez NATS
Entretien
Staged:
Stage 0: CV and relevant academic details submitted
Stage 1: Online numerical reasoning and verbal reasoning tests
Stage 2: On site (CTC) computer tests and personality profiling
Stage 3: On site (CTC) computer tests and interviews
Several assessments after applying, followed by an all day virtual assessment centre, where the first part was interviews and second a group activity. Found the interview to be like an interrogation.
Applied online and completed online tests before attending further test day at Whiteley.
We were kept waiting in reception for over an hour past the scheduled arrival time (some people who arrived early would have been waiting closer to an hour and a half) which was stressful, apparently this was due to a computer problem.
Approximately half of the candidates were sent home at lunch time after the first round of testing (we were told to expect this). Tests in the afternoon were significantly harder. I was emailed about twenty minutes after leaving the building to say that I had not passed, I suppose it is better to know sooner rather than later!
Candidates are warned not to park in the shopping centre. I arrived about 30 minutes early to find parking on the Whiteley estate but due to roadworks there was no spaces. Unfortunately I did have to park in the shopping centre, but one other candidate I spoke to said he had asked the security guard at NATS who had let him park in the main car park.
I would advise practising the tests online, there are many websites which would help.
Expenses not covered. Bring packed lunch.
