One of the worst interviews I have ever had. You are faced with a panel of five people who start reading off a script, and you are given no time to introduce yourself.
The questions are related to the job (no problem with that), but they are two-part, meaning they asked two different things in one question. They also had a ridiculous question from a textbook, and felt like an exam. There was no question about NATO.
The whole process was super unpleasant, aside from no ice breaker, the whole thing seemed robotic. I made up my mind that I didn't want this job. When I got the offer, I simply declined it.

Entretien
First apply and they make you fill up a brief questionnaire. Then they contacted me to do a recorder interview (you have to record yourself answering the questions) and also two games, to see the hability i guess.
