An initial phone interview a month after my application was submitted with the direct supervisor to the position. Then a second, interview lasting 2.5 hours consisting of multiple people from a variety of departments in the company - really need stamina to make it through. They were willing to conduct the second interview via Skype so I did not have to drive out of state.
