The interview mainly consisted of a forty five minute technical interview over the phone. The first portion was straight technical questions and the last portion was focused on what technical skills I had and could bring to the position.

The interview was both behavioral and technical. The behavioral portions lasts about 10 minutes. I was asked to solve mechanical design problems and about material properties of different metals.

Got an interview through the school. Lasted a little over 30 minutes. Was given an offer in early December for a spring co-op. Interview was almost entirely technical with a smart guy that seemed legitimately interesting in my projects

Entretien
Two rigorous phone interviews where we talked about previous internship experience and university project experience. This was the followed by a drug test and background check. I did not have an in person interview due to the fact that I was coming from out of state.
