Interview was three weeks after I applied and phone screening was easy. I was told they would schedule a Teams interview and it took an additional two weeks. Again it was an easy interview and I didn't get a job offer. The recruiter did completely ghost me, I sent a follow up email and a called a week after the interview just to check to see if I or someone got the job and never heard anything back.

Super easy I did not even have to worry about it. They needed people and seemed interested in my experience. Interviewer was kind and professional. Overall a very pleasant experience.
