It was not long after applying for the MSA position I was contacted by a very friendly member of the HR team to go over my resume and experiences. This call I would consider a meet and greet being that the questions asked were more so focused on why I was interested is NASA and what I may already know about the institution and role I was applying for. I was informed of the next steps being a background check and employment verification. Shortly after the initial telephone interview I was scheduled for a video-interview via teams with the hiring branch manager. She was very nice as well and took her time to not only ask about my experiences but my professional goals. The expectations of the position were clearly outlined and at the end of the call I was fully aware of what the next steps would be if considered. All in all the entire process from start to now was easy and pretty straight forward.
