      AVOID!! They have no clue what they are doing and absolutely disrespectful Applied online and heard nothing back for a few months. Recruiter finally got in touch and I entertained the idea of progressing my application. This called consisted of high level experience and previous work as well as motivations. A brief summary was given as to the process and that the next stage would consist of speaking to two product owners via video chat. A email invitation followed with who and and what time the call will take place, with no information regarding what will be covered off or format. Had I known what I know now I would have never had wasted my time. The first hour long video chat revolved around asking in depth questions around backend systems and architecture. Which was far more relevant for a technical Product manager role ( if this was what they looking for it was never made clear, in the very generic job description). I got a real sense interviewer had little to no experience in conducting interviews. This hour revolved around him bombarding me with question allowing very little time for me to ask mine (This should always be a two way process, where the candidate should be able ask ample questions and make up his/her mind if they even want to move ahead with this application). The second hour with a 15 minute break between (likely so that the first Interviewer can feedback to the 2nd one) was even worse than the first one and I still cant believe what happened. The 2nd Interviewer insisted we would introduce each other for 60 seconds via a stop watch which he would then time. I have never come across as anything as absorb as that and question the rational for this?! Once it was my turn to introduce myself I was interrupted by him telling me that I had only 20 seconds left, which threw me off and resulted in me not completing the introduction. As if this second hour could not get any more ridiculous I then spent the remaining time going through hypothetical mathematical calculations with the Interviewer (See other angry reviews from other candidates for more detail) Again not sure what we where doing this for?! I left the interview completely bewildered and angry and it left a very bitter taste in mouth so to speak. Again this is really not the point of an interview process where it should be a mutual engagement where BOTH parties try to figure out if its a good fit for one another. I was left angry and resentful.

We are prioritising intensive interview training for all our hiring teams and we are grateful for your detailed feedback and note this has been flagged with the team. Educating our hiring teams on the importance of candidate experience is imperative. Thank you for sharing your experiences, we have already made changes to the structure and content for our interviewing process. We aim to keep improving across the company and in this journey we still have some way to go.

      The interview process was with HR first, then Hiring Manager. After, I received a case study and had case study interview. After, there's a final call/offer. Overall, it was nice, the employees were friendly

      Very unprofessional interviews, recruiter basically disappeared for 2 weeks with an OOO after my 2nd round, while the hiring manager told me I'd be hearing from them in a couple of days. Made me do a presentation which was supposed to be assessed offline and discussed within 45 minutes. Presentation was 15 slides long and the guys were late 5 mins. They had no clue what my use-case was, so I had to go through it like in a monologue. At the end they said no time left for questions and ended the interview. I was rejected after. Waste of 6 weeks and effort, definitely not recommend.

      Entretien

      The first meeting was HR Screening call which was super classic. Answered the same questions that I've already filled to the application form. The second interview was with one of the Head Products which was quite new in the company. Asked just one general product strategy question and after my response ended the call in 10 minutes.
