      Entretien

Ghosted after the final interview. I went through 3 stages of an interview process. The first one with their internal recruiter, second with the team manager, and the third in the office with another manager and 2 team members on similar positions I was applying for. The whole process from my application to the last stage of an interview took over a month. All interviews lasted about an hour and were quite positive, although on the 3rd stage a lot of questions were the same I was already asked on a previous interview with the manager. The first red flag was already on the first stage with a recruiter - my interview was on Friday and I was told that I should get an update on Monday next week - I ended up waiting 2 full weeks... Then I got an invitation for another online interview - and a week after it I was told a happy news that they've shortlisted me and another 1 person for the final in-person stage. Another week later, I took a day off at my current work and attended the interview at the office. I was told that they'll update me "sooner rather than later". Never got any further feedback. For me it's unacceptable and highly unprofessional, especially knowing that they've had only me - literally one person - to give feedback to other than the successful candidate. Was excited about the job but eventually I'm rather happy about not being selected as it only reflects the company culture. Fun fact: I applied for a similar role at the company over 2 years ago. Never got any response for my application, so apparently this is just how they've been handling rejections there for years
