It was in-person at the nursery with two of the managers and lasted for an hour. I was asked questions about my experience and about the new role, as well as any questions I have. The interview process was run very well. The staff were very welcoming and the interviewing manager really helps to put you at ease during the whole interview and made me very relaxed and comfortable.
