Phone interviews are done first followed by an in person makeup trial on a model to gauge makeup application abilities. Many questions focused on Mac and history the of their brand.
Three steps: (1) face to face or virtual interview, (2) makeup application interview in store, (3) interview with regional manager. A bit extensive in my opinion for the type of job. It’s makeup, not Emergency Services
