Simply applied online, invited for an interview and offered a job after a few days. The recruiter was very friendly and made myself comfortable during our 1 to 1 interview. it was an entry level position so they just wanted to hire someone who wanted to learn the job and be able to run campaigns through the website.

2 stages - phone and in house, which is in Brookvale, Sydney. The phone interview is 30 minutes long and the next stage is approx an hour, but was 20 minutes for a colleague of mine.
