Some e-mails back and forth in the beginning then a meeting with the Owner followed by a brief interview with CFO and Quality Assurance Manager. There was a second interview with the Owner and he made the offer at the second interview. I was interviewing with another company the same week and he knew it so that might be why it was a quick process.

Asked about my Purchasing Background and different Vendors I've worked with. He was more interested in what kind of person I was versus my skill set. How long would I stay with the Company?
