Following the online application, you are then called for a group interview. Group interview was essentially a very casual group discussion of around 10-15 people. It consisted of you introducing yourself, what you know about Myer, and then talk about your retail experience. Very casual!

Group interview with around 15 people where we had group discussions, and role played as a sales assistant helping a customer find a gift/upsell. I got the offer a few hours afterwards
